User Guide
UMC-Info menu is organized according to the hierarchy principle: access to this or that service is possible from the point of the corresponding theme. UMC-Info menu includes payable and free queries. Free queries, as a rule, have the reference character of various menu sections. All payable queries are marked with the conventional signs in UMC-Info menu: >, # and @:
    • > – payable SMS query
    • # – payable call
    • @ – payable WAP access
If you choose a point marked as >, as reply you will receive within a few minutes an SMS message in accordance with your query1.
 
If you choose a point with the mark # – actually, you initiate a call and may listen to all information in accordance with your query.
 
If you choose a point with the mark @ – you initiate a WAP session and pass to the corresponding page of the WAP portal in accordance with your query2.
 
Changing UMC-Info menu language
At the first use of UMC-Info, names of menu points and the information that you receive are represented in transliteration. If your telephone supports Cyrillic alphabet, you may choose Russian for working with the menu.
 
To change UMC-Info language:
    • Choose the point "About the service"
    • Then the subpoint "Language"
    • Then the subpoint "Russian"
After this, the menu is downloaded in the language you have chosen.
Note: If in your phone SIM-menu is reflected as UMC Menu, it means that you have an old version of SIM-card with UMC Menu.
 

1 Note: You will not be able to receive an SMS message if the memory of your phone or the SIM card is full. Thus, we recommend deleting SMS already read
2 Note: For using the services marked as @ in the menu, you need to activate WAP service and set your phone properly.
