UMC offers Joint Vouchers – a new convenient way of account updating for SIM-SIM and JEANS subscribers, as well as contract subscribers.

Joint Vouchers are account update scratch cards with face values of 25, 50, 100 and 200 UAH.
In case of account supplement with Joint Voucher of any value SIM-SIM validity term will be set to 365 days.

In parallel with Joint Vouchers, SIM-SIM and JEANS vouchers are available of the previous type, as well as electronic vouchers. Each of them is valid till the date specified on the voucher.

Account updating  on 100 UAN		Account updating  on 200 UAN

 

To top up your account, remove the sheeting on the back of the voucher. Under the sheeting, you will find 14 figures – the confidential updating code.

 

The simplest way to update your account is to dial on your phone’s keypad without blanks the following combination:

 100  confidential updating code   (in Ukraine and in the majority of countries in roaming).

 

In addition, you may update your account with the help of the voice menu:

The usual updating number 5555 is also accessible for JEANS subscribers.

 

Transfer of payment to accounts of contract subscribers may take from 5 minutes to 5 hours. Updating of SIM-SIM and JEANS accounts takes place on-line.

 

To check your contract account status, call: 977 (free-of-charge) or USSD request:  110  10  .

To check your SIM-SIM or JEANS account status, call:  101   .   

 

In case any questions arise concerning your account update, call 222 from a UMC/SIM-SIM/JEANS mobile (free-of-charge in Ukraine, 24h). Keep the used voucher and the cash check.

 

You may update your account with the Joint Voucher at any time in Ukraine and in the majority of countries in roaming. The list of the countries is accessible from the website www.umc.ua.

 

To receive an opportunity to pay bills for communication services with the help of vouchers, subscribers who are subjects of enterprise activity need to send by fax an application with the signature of a person authorized and with the seal of the enterprise to number +38 (044) 240 24 00.
