- UMC teamed up with the Raiffeisen Bank Aval to introduce SMS-Banking service for its clients who are holders of the "Raiffeisen Bank Aval" services.
- SMS-banking is your opportunity to get information on:
- the list of your card accounts;
- the balance of your card account;
- five most recent transactions on your card account;
- status of your card account;
- blocked amount of your card account;
- the money flow charts in automatic mode on your card account (when the transaction amount exceeds 10 UAH.).
SMS-Banking Service Tips
- To receive SMS-Banking service consult any branch of the "Raiffeisen Bank Aval" bank.
Consequently, inquiry and receipt of information may be performed via SMS-messages. Messages should be directed at 10901.
SMS-Inquiry Rules:
1. Inquiry about numbers of card accounts (Service Code – L): L [word space] password
- The message will read: "account number".
2. Inquiry about the balance of the card account (Service Code – À): À [word space] accoutn number [word space] password
- The message will read:
" account number " " balance " "account currency ".
3. Inquiry about the most transactions on the card account (Service code – Ò): Ò [word space] account number [word space] serial transaction number, starting from the last transaction [word space] password
- The message will read:
" transaction type " (Ñ – receipts, D – charge-offs) " name of a commercial entity " " transaction date " " charge off date" " transaction amount " " currency exchange " " amount charged off from the account" " account currency" " transaction commission"
4. Request on the status of the card account (service code – Â): Â [word space] account number [word sapce] password
- The message will read:
" initial (starting) amount " " amount blocked " " available amount"
5. Inquiry about account blocked (Service code – DÂ): DÂ [word space] account number [word space] password
- The message will read:
"date" "time" "amount blocked" "entity blocking the amount"
6. Reference Information (Service code – Í) Í [word space] password
7. Cards on the account subscribed to M-Banking service Ñ [word space] account number [word space] password, where account number is 10 digits, password is– 4 digits.
- Example: Ñ 0019099900 9999
In response to your inquiry, you will get an SMS-message in the following format: Your cards: "card type" "the most recent six digits of the card number"
8. Password Change Ð [word space] new password [word space] old password, where your new password does not exceed 10 digits.
- Example: Ð 123456 9999
- In response to your command, you will be confirmed that the password has changed.
9. Enter a card into a stop-list OFF [word space] "card number" [word number] "password", where your "card number" does not exceed 16 digits.
- Example: OFF 1234567890123456 9999 – ban the use of the card 1234567890123456.
- In response to your command you will be confirmed that the use of your card has been suspended.
- Raiffeisen Bank Aval: The cost of one-year subscription of SMS-Banking service is free!
Òhe same information on your card account is available online at WAP-Portal of UMC.
- SMS-Banking Charges equals the standard cost of message, according to a chosen (your) package.
For additional information, use your phone to dial at 521 – a toll free reference number of the Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
