Bill Payment
- When subscribing to the UMC network your number will be activated right after replenishment of your personal account. Get updates on replenishment of your personal account by calling to UMC Call Center at 8 800 508 5555.
- Your bills list the required advance payment of monthly fees.
- The service plan price in the first bill includes:
- monthly service fee billed one month in advance;
- the service plan price for the days when your phone was networked in the previous month.
- UMC recommends you to pay advance payments beforehand to avoid phone cut offs on the debt’s reasons before you get a following bill.
- If your phone number is temporarily disconnected on the debt reasons, you are required to pay a re-connection fee for reinstating the service, under UMC service fee requirements – following the repayment of the entire debt amount.
- Get the latest updates on:
- Used service minutes billed by the end of the previous day – at 188 (the calls are chargeable) or USSD request:
110 20 ;
- Your debt on the personal account – at 977 (at no charge) or USSD request:
110 10 .
