Program of VIP servicing of UMC subscribers    

UMC works every day to improve the quality of its services and servicing and to provide the level of quality that meets all expectations of our subscribers.
From 18.12.2006, we offer the VIP servicing program developed especially for our most valuable clients.
 
The VIP servicing program gives the following advantages to the subscribers:
 
1.  When you call to the Client Call Center at number 111 or 555 from your UMC VIP number (free of charge, 24h), you may get:
    • Primary priority for response (24h).
    • Servicing by the most skilled and specially trained employees (24h).
    • Detailed technical consultations (7:00-23:00).
    • Possibility to agree a meeting at a shop for a set time (7:00-1:00).
    • Priority execution of orders for service activation / deactivation (9:00-17:30).
 
2.  Having visited a company shop and appeal to the administrator, you may get:
    • Exclusive servicing directly by the top manager or the most experienced employee.
    • Connection to a new number without advance payment.
    • Provision of the number of your choice with a new connection or the change of a current number.
    • Connection to an international line or roaming without additional advance payment.
    • Free change of your SIM-card in the case of its damage or loss.
    • Free activation of your number in case of blocking on the subscriber's initiative.
 
3. Possibility to communicate on credit upon condition of payment of bills before the 15th of the month following the settlement month
 
The VIP servicing program will be constantly extended with new interesting offers and privileges! In addition, we will be glad to consider suggestions of our subscribers for improvements to this program.
 
 
 
In order to become participant of the VIP servicing program, you need:
  • 1.         To be UMC company subscriber for not less than one year (without breaking the term of using the services) on the contract form of servicing
  • 2.         To have on your personal account no more than 19 active numbers
  • 3.         To have for the last three months consecutively bills of not less than 250 UAH with the VAT without the PF on average per one active contract, or to use any tariff package of the "Unlimited" modifications
  • In that case, the subscriber will receive a special letter with information on being included into the VIP servicing program.
 
It is necessary to indicate that if you already use the VIP servicing program but for the last three months successively your bills make up less than 250 UAH (with the VAT without the PF on average per one active contract), or you have changed the tariff package of an "Unlimited" modification for any other, you will be excluded from the program, and the proper SMS message will be sent to inform you of that.
 
The program terms and conditions do not cover subscribers using special conditions and those who are served by the corporate clients’ department.
 
Update of the base of subscribers who have the right to use the VIP servicing program will take place monthly at the end of the month following the settlement month, but not earlier than April, 2007.
 
111 is the number for receiving information on current tariffs, services and their settings, and the loyalty program
555 is the number for receiving information on promotions and special offers for your number
