Ìîbile Internet, Dial-Up settings for Windows 2000, XP
- Download Wizard to create a new Dial-Up connection, by selecting Start -> Settings -> Network and Dial-up Connections and press Make New Connection.
- Enter the country of your stay – Ukraine, international area code – 044 and press OK:
- Press Next in the Window Network Connection Wizard.
- At the question of the Network Connection Type press Next again to select the option of Dial-up to private network:
- Enter the shortened phone number to access 955 and press Next. If you plan to use the service in roaming, enter phone number to access the service in roaming + 38 050 314 4455.
- In the section Connection Availability select the option which meets your access rights and use of personal computer, then press Next:
- Give a relevant name to the new Dial-Up connection, i.e.: UMC Mobile Internet and press Finish:
- To set up parameters of Dial-Up connection, press Properties in the window Connect:
- Select the bookmark Networking and make sure that you selected Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). Other protocols may be added:
- Press OK to confirm your settings.
