Using the service

•  
• Subscribe to tariff package "Network New", "Unlimited 2006", "Christmas", "Christmas Migration" in any UMC shop or call UMC Contact Centre.
• Activate UMC Region service
• Activate operator's message (cell info display) to know the borders of UMC region.
  
  
• For example,in Kyiv region cell info shows 044 region code. Thus all calls to fixed numbers using 8 044xx (or +38 044) code will be charged using special UMC Region tariff.
