• The Fax Transmission service has been designed specifically for you if:
• You are often outside your office or home and you need to send and receive fax messages anytime and anywhere within the UMC GSM coverage and in roaming;
• You want to have fax connection in your office or at home, but something prevents you from doing that.

Fax Transmission Usage Terms

• To start using the Fax Transmission, you need to:
• Have a mobile minifax or a mobile terminal (a handset or a modem) with technology support of Fax Transmission and CSD data transmision (GSM Data), linked by a cable, infrared or Bluetooth connection to a fax device;
• Activate the fax transmission service for you mobile number by calling 111 to the UMC Contact Center;
• Order and get a special number for fax reception. You can order a number by submitting a request to the UMC office or by calling a UMC Contact Center. Ordering and getting an indirect fax reception number is free. Sending fax messages does not require a special number.
• Install and adjust appropriate software (fax procession software) into your fax device.
