111 is a short number for UMC network mobile phones (calls are free-for-charge within Ukraine boundaries). New and existing UMC subscribers can use it to get information about tariffs, loyalty programs, services and financial issues.

Also UMC company put into operation to more short numbers for subscribers:
555 – information about promotions, special offers and conditions for Your number. The Company’s potential clients may call the number 8 044 240 0000 (for calls from fixed phones and UMC mobile phones) and receive general information about UMC: current promotions, tariffs, frequently asked questions, etc.
222 (from fixed phones – 8 044 240 0000) - the emergency service number. UMC contract subscribers may call to these numbers in case of loss of their phone, number blocking, problems with the SMS messages service, as well as if they have propositions concerning the company’s coverage. Subscribers of prepaid services may use it to reactivate their number, restore their PUK code, or make propositions concerning the company’s coverage.
Calls to numbers 555, 222, 111 are free from UMC mobile phones in Ukraine, to numbers 8 044 240 0000, 8 044 240 0000 – free from fixed phones and UMC mobile phones in Ukraine.
