When roaming you can send and receive SMS, provided the network you are connected to offers this service.

While using your mobile phone abroad, you can get access to your own Voice Mailbox. To listen your Voice Mailbox in roaming dial +38 050 120 00 00. According to voice hints dial 9 digits of your mobile number (without +380 prefix), e.g. 502400000. You can interrupt your Voice Mail greeting by pressing # key. Enter your password and press # (initial password is 0000).
